On the day of your clean, your assigned team will arrive to your home during a standard two-hour window, wearing their uniform, equipment ready, and eager to get to cleaning. All we ask is that your home is ready to be cleaned. Surfaces free of clutter so that our team can get to cleaning.
We charge for your cleaning after we are done cleaning. After your team is done, you have 24 hours to let us know if we missed anything. We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee so there is nothing to worry. A member of our staff will call you to check everything was well done after cleaning.

We Supply Everything

We will go over your request check if we service the area. If everything looks good, we will call you as soon as possible to confirm your booking and to chat a bit about your situation and if you have questions. You can also call to make sure we provide the service you’re looking for and about your needs, wants, and expectations.
We always advise that each new client starts with a Deep Cleaning. If you think you don’t need a deep cleaning, we can evaluate your home if you send us photos of the most problematic areas in your home. Your privacy is important to us. We will never share the photos of your home that you send to us for an evaluation.
Before we start cleaning for you, we need to have a credit card on file. When you submit a cleaning request, you will need to enter your cc number in order to go ahead with your booking. Afterwards, if you want to pay with a check or with cash, we can make that change. However, we always need a cc on file.
Do you have fragile, expensive, or irreplaceable items? We pay attention and are very careful with your valuable items but sometimes breakage does occur. If you have something that is very expensive or irreplaceable, we ask that you put it away where it will be safe.

Less Than 24 Hours Before Appointment
If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled cleaning, there is a non-refundable charge. Please understand your booking takes away from another customer who could have booked, incurring losses for both, your cleaner and the company. If cancelled on the same same day the cancellation is treated as a booking.
If cancelled 24 to 48 hours before cleaning.
If you cancel service with 24 – 48 hours before cleaning, you are eligible for selecting another day to perform the cleaning the same week (pending availability) or wait until the next appointment date.
Definite Cancellation of Service
We do not have any contracts so if you wish to cancel service, you can. We ask that you give us a reason for cancelling and if there has been anything wrong with our service, we would really appreciate your honest feedback in order to better our service and correct any problems there may be.
Yes! We will give you a $50 credit and a $50 credit to them when they sign up for recurring services with us. $20 on the first and 2nd recurring clean and $10 on the third recurring clean. Dependent on new client getting at least 3 recurring cleanings.
We may send one person or a team of two cleaning techs, it depends on the size of the house, the type of service, and the frequency of the service.
Your booking has a time limit associated with the information you entered when you first made the booking. If the home is in worse condition than initially specified, we may run out of time. Therefore, If you want us to focus our attention on a specific area, please let us know.
If we send a team of two cleaning techs, we may be at your home less than 2 hours, depending on the size of your house. If we send a cleaning tech alone, she may be there between 3 and 4 hours, again, dependent on the size of your home.
Moving Related Cleaning
As a general rule, a move out cleaning does not last less than 3 hours. If the house is on the bigger side, we may be there 5-10 hours, with a team of two cleaning techs.
The nature of this business is that it is really unpredictable. Dirtier than expected houses, long drives, and traffic, all play an important role in our day to day. We ask that you give us a 2 hour window of arrival. We will do our best to arrive on time but please know that due to unforeseen circumstances we may be delayed.
We work very hard from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. We are closed the weekend to give our employees time with their family and rest.
Yes. Most people want to use our own cleaning products and equipment, but we can use your products as well. Just know that the company does not take responsibility for damage to your equipment in case anything happens to it.
Yes! We would appreciate it if you could provide a 5-rung step ladder (if you have one) and trash bags. If you want us to clean under appliances or furniture, it would be great if you could move them before our arrival. We cannot be liable for scratching your floors or breaking something.
